I'm pasting the necessary instructions :
After downloading the file,double click it to run the programme and run the installation.Once the installation is over,open the gtalk main window,go to settings and then to appearance tab.Select mytheme from there.You are done.You will see a lady image in your chat window.To change that background image go to start menu-->all programmes-->dash->mytheme-->change background.exe.show the path of the image and you are done
